Storm's gone. What of trash?

If you want to find the local impact of Tropical Storm Fay, look no further than the rotting trash in your garage.
Garbage collection crews will be working to catch up this week after service was canceled Tuesday because of the looming storm.
By area:
City of Bradenton -- Trash and yard debris will be picked up Thursday. The city will have its next pickup of recyclables Aug. 26.
Unincorporated Manatee County -- Pickup resumes today on its usual schedule, so residents who normally have their trash pickup Tuesday will not have service until their next pickup day.
City of Sarasota -- Pickup resumes today on its usual schedule, so residents who normally have their trash pickup on Tuesday will not have service until their next pickup day.
City of North Port -- Trash pickup will be on a delayed schedule this week. Collection will run a day behind, so if you normally have your trash pickup on Wednesday, this week it will be on Thursday.
Charlotte County -- Pickup resumes today on its usual schedule, so residents who normally have their trash pickup on Tuesday will not have service until their next pickup day.
City of Venice -- Collection of garbage, recyclables and yard waste resumes today on the normal schedule. Those who missed pickup on Tuesday will have their trash picked up on Friday.
Unincorporated Sarasota County -- Pickup resumes today, on a delayed schedule. Collection will run a day behind, so if you normally have your trash pickup on Wednesday, this week it will be on Thursday.
