Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers/Suncoast Chapter member Margaret Kennedy received the Chapter Broker of the Year award at the association's recent state convention in Orlando. Fellow member Shaun Barnes was named Chapter Affiliate of the Year and State Affiliate of the Year.
